LOCOMOTIVE PARTS & LEGACY FLEETS
Keep proven locomotives working.
A new locomotive is a major investment. For operators in Latin America maintaining older fleets, finding the right replacement part can be a challenge. THOR Energy sources hard-to-find components and coordinates made-to-order manufacturing through specialized suppliers for GE, EMD, ALCO and Baldwin locomotives.

Find the part. Evaluate the manufacturing route.
Send the locomotive make and model, the component part number, quantity and destination. When an off-the-shelf replacement is unavailable, we assess manufacturing from drawings, specifications or a sample, with materials, tolerances and acceptance requirements defined for the application.
Discuss a locomotive part ↗Part availability and manufacturing feasibility are assessed for each requirement. Illustrations created for THOR Energy. Brand names identify locomotive families; no manufacturer affiliation is implied.
