Review available balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements, notes, trends, and consistency across reporting periods.
THOR Energy reviews financial and project information, identifies readiness gaps, and helps organize a credible financing package before a potential institutional introduction.
Professional fees apply. Scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed before the study begins.
THOR works between the client seeking capital and potential financing institutions. Our responsibility is to understand the opportunity, review the agreed financial information, identify weaknesses or missing elements, and prepare the client for a more productive institutional conversation.
This analysis requires professional time, judgment, coordination, and deliverables. Feasibility studies, financial studies, financing-readiness reviews, and coordination services are fee-based consulting engagements.
The exact information request depends on the client, project, financing route, and agreed scope.
Review available balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements, notes, trends, and consistency across reporting periods.
Understand existing obligations, maturities, collateral, debt-service capacity, liquidity, and potential pressure points.
Review investment requirements, sources and uses, operating assumptions, projected revenues and costs, contingencies, and funding gaps.
Identify ownership, governance, experience, counterparties, documentation, equipment origin, country considerations, and information still needed.
THOR begins with a non-confidential overview of the client, project, country, investment, and financing objective. No bank statements or sensitive documents are submitted through the public website.
The parties agree on scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, secure document process, schedule, deliverables, and professional fees before detailed financial information is requested.
THOR reviews the agreed information, tests key assumptions, identifies strengths and gaps, and determines what must be clarified or prepared before an institutional conversation.
THOR organizes the financing narrative and information package, evaluates potentially relevant institutional routes, and coordinates an introduction when the opportunity is sufficiently prepared.
The engagement produces defined work products—not a promise of financing. Deliverables vary with the assignment.
THOR evaluates which paths may warrant further discussion; each institution determines its own eligibility and approval.
Financing routes for eligible international purchases of U.S. goods and services.
Support for eligible feasibility studies, technical assistance, and pilot projects.
Debt, guarantees, political risk insurance, equity, and project development support for eligible private-sector initiatives.
Potential instruments from multilateral development banks for eligible projects, depending on the country, institution, and scope.
Do not send financial statements, bank records, tax information, personal identification, or confidential agreements through the initial website inquiry. THOR requests sensitive documents only after the parties agree on confidentiality and a secure transfer process.
THOR’s study is an advisory review based on the information provided and the agreed scope. It is not an audit, review or compilation opinion by a CPA, credit rating, legal or tax opinion, securities recommendation, lender commitment, or guarantee of financing. Independent specialists may be included when the assignment requires them.
Before work begins, THOR issues a proposal defining scope, requested information, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, third-party requirements, and professional fees. Fees are earned for the advisory work performed and are separate from any financing approval, transaction costs, or third-party charges.
Begin with a non-confidential overview of the client, project, country, estimated investment, and financing objective.
