Before a paid service begins, agree its scope, deliverables, information requirements, professional fees, third-party costs, exclusions, assumptions, confidentiality, and responsibilities with THOR.
Financing coordination
THOR may assess readiness, prepare information, coordinate communications, and explore possible routes involving EXIM, USTDA, DFC, MDBs, commercial lenders, or other institutions. THOR does not speak for those institutions, promise eligibility, approve funding, or commit their resources. Institution rules, due diligence, and decisions control.
Financial review and financing studies
These are separately scoped, paid professional services. They help identify information gaps and financing readiness but do not constitute an audit, assurance engagement, credit decision, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or guarantee of financing.
Feasibility and project development
Results depend on scope, source data, assumptions, specialists, site access, and project maturity. A study reduces uncertainty but does not eliminate risk, establish final cost, secure permits or financing, or guarantee implementation.
Land energy potential
A THOR assessment or certificate describes energy-resource potential within an agreed methodology and evidence base. It is not a real-estate appraisal, title opinion, boundary survey, environmental clearance, mineral-right determination, interconnection approval, permit, or guarantee that a project can be built or that market value will increase.
Civil nuclear energy advisory
THOR may advise governments and authorized programme sponsors on institutional roadmaps, civil nuclear regulatory-framework development, stakeholder coordination, manufacturer engagement, financing strategy, and preparation for applicable U.S. processes. THOR is not a nuclear regulator, licensing authority, law firm, or government agency. Governments, applicants, manufacturers, DOE/NNSA, the Department of State, NRC, IAEA, and other competent bodies retain their respective authority and responsibility. Nuclear technology assistance, equipment, materials, information, and services may require licenses, authorizations, safeguards, security controls, export controls, and other approvals before transfer or performance.
Equipment sourcing
Availability, specifications, origin, warranties, delivery, pricing, exportability, financing, and suitability remain subject to manufacturer or supplier confirmation, applicable controls, and the final contract. Brand or product references do not imply exclusivity or endorsement.
Confidential and controlled information
Do not send sensitive financial, personal, proprietary, classified, nuclear, security-related, or export-controlled information through an initial website inquiry or ordinary email. Before sharing project records, agree with THOR on scope, confidentiality, access, and the transfer method. Any required specialist review or authorization must be addressed before information is shared.
Images and examples
Photographs and illustrative examples communicate sectors and capabilities. Unless expressly stated, they do not identify THOR projects, clients, endorsements, ownership, or completed engagements.
These notices summarize website-level boundaries and do not replace a signed engagement, specialist advice, or applicable law.
