Photovoltaic system resizing
Review the sizing of a photovoltaic system in relation to project needs. Discuss the existing configuration, energy objectives, and the scope of a resizing assessment.
THOR Energy works with clients to explore energy needs and define project development support. The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

Advisory support for nuclear energy initiatives, with the objectives, scope, and responsibilities defined for each engagement.
Discuss the studies and information needed to evaluate a project, compare alternatives, and define next steps.
Explore energy use and opportunities for improvement in the context of your operation and objectives.
Define the technical, commercial, and implementation requirements that shape a workable development plan.
Consider project preparation and financing options alongside project development, rather than leaving funding to the end.
An initial overview helps identify what needs to be studied, decided, or prepared.
A property may be valued for its location, water, or agricultural quality. Its capacity to produce energy can also become a meaningful attribute. THOR studies the renewable energy potential of ranches, farms, industrial land, and other properties.
Wind resource indicators, terrain, access, and preliminary development considerations.
Solar resource, usable area, orientation, shading, and potential applications.
Available water resources, elevation differences, flow information, and preliminary hydropower indicators.
Available geological and thermal evidence and the additional studies needed to characterize the resource.
THOR documents the methodology, available data, assumptions, site constraints, findings, and preliminary development opportunities. When supported by the agreed scope and evidence, THOR may issue a technical Energy Potential Certificate identifying the resources evaluated and the level of assessment completed.
The assessment can support due diligence, investment discussions, property marketing, or future project development. It does not replace a real-estate appraisal, resource measurement campaign, environmental or regulatory approval, grid interconnection study, or detailed project feasibility study, and it does not guarantee a higher appraised value.

THOR provides photovoltaic resizing advisory. The conversation begins with system configuration, energy needs, and the objectives of the review.
THOR offers nuclear energy advisory. Support is defined around the initiative, the client’s objectives, and the agreed responsibilities.
THOR Energy supports governments considering peaceful nuclear energy programmes by helping organize the institutional, regulatory, technical, commercial, and financing pathway.
Support the government in organizing the policies, legislation, institutions, and independent regulatory capabilities needed for a peaceful civil nuclear programme, using the IAEA Milestones Approach as a reference.
Coordinate workstreams for safety, safeguards, nuclear security, emergency preparedness, human resources, grid and site studies, environmental protection, fuel cycle, radioactive waste, financing, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
Help define and coordinate the required engagement with the U.S. Department of State, DOE/NNSA, NRC, and other competent authorities, including the frameworks that may apply to peaceful nuclear cooperation, technology assistance, and exports.
Serve as a coordination bridge between the requesting government, U.S. reactor and technology suppliers, specialist advisers, and potential financing institutions—from initial requirements through a structured project pathway.
THOR can support feasibility definition, institutional roadmaps, information packages, stakeholder coordination, manufacturer engagement, financing strategy, and the preparation and follow-up of applicable processes with specialist legal, regulatory, technical, and financial teams. Formal agreements, authorizations, licenses, and approvals remain the responsibility of the competent governments, agencies, applicants, and technology suppliers.
THOR serves as an advisory intermediary between the client and potential financing institutions. Our consulting work is provided for professional fees.
Technical, commercial, and project information is analyzed to define viability, requirements, risks, and next steps.
When financing is requested, THOR reviews the client’s financial statements, financing needs, and available project information before a potential referral.
THOR helps organize the financing package and coordinates the initial approach to the institution whose criteria may fit the opportunity.
Before work begins, THOR and the client agree on scope, deliverables, information requirements, confidentiality arrangements, schedule, and professional fees. Financial statements and sensitive documents are requested only through the agreed confidential process. Payment for advisory work does not guarantee financing; every institution applies its own eligibility, due diligence, and approval process. THOR Energy is an advisory firm, not a lender.
